- Are the Motion Platforms compatible with console? Our Motion Platforms are only able to be used on PC due to the software and data that is required to run these units.
- I want to purchase a Motion Platform V3 but Is there plans for a Motion Platform V4 soon? The Motion Platform V3 is our most popular unit which falls into the seat mover range and we have no plans currently for another platform due to its popularity.
- Will the Motion Platform V3 fit on my cockpit? The Motion Platform V3 is designed to directly fit with Motion compatible Next Level Racing cockpits; however, It can also work with 3rd party cockpits if you’re wanting to perform a small amount of DIY. We have included the Motion Platform V3’s measurements below:
- Can I use the Motion Platforms with games that don’t say they’re supported? Yes, this can be done by a plugin in the software called “Direct Input” It allows the Motion Platform to move by your control inputs instead of telemetry data from the game. Here is a link to our document which explains how this can be setup.
- What games are the Motion Platforms compatible with? We have a large list of compatible games for our Motion Platforms. This also gets updated once support for new games is available. Checkout our compatibility list: motion games | Next Level Racing
- Can you use more than one Motion Platform on your setup? Yes, the Motion Platform V3, Traction Plus Platform and Motion Plus Platform are all compatible products that can be used together at the same time. However, this all depends on the cockpit setup that you have to ensure that all mounting can be done correctly. The maximum payload also needs to be factored in when using the Traction Plus Platform.
