How to resolve Platform manager not opening

Recently there has been a bug in the Platform manager software where it will not open after "Checking prerequisites" shows up.

Here are steps below on how to fix it.


1. Open registry editor


2. Got to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MotionSystems\ForceSeatPM


3. Remove CurrentProfile entry 


4. Go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Platform Manager


5. Restart PC


6. Go to C:\Program Files (x86) and remove Next Level Racing directory if it is still there


7. Install beta version available (Verion 2.122.17 and upwards)


8. It should load normally now. However if it still crashes, then go to following location (customer can paste the path bellow it in the Run window or in Explorer address bar):

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\MotionSystems\Logs


9. Pack (ZIP) all logs files and send to us
