1. Type "Run" into your windows search.
2. A new window should show up. You will need to type "%appdata%"
3. Once you select "OK" it should then open up your files area.4. You then need to select Appdata at the top of the search address bar (Photo below)
5. Then select "Local"

7. Then "Logs"
8. Copy all of these files into a new Folder on your desktop and call it "Logs"
9. Please then ZIP up the folder and provide it to us in an email.
