How to check for short circuit/faulty PSU in Motion Platform V3

1. Open the bottom front cover of the V3.

2. Take a photo of inside the unit so that you can restore connections later.

3. Disconnect cables that provides 24VDC to the control board.

4. Make sure that wires do not match anything and then turn on the Motion Platform

5. Use a multi meter to check if there is 24VDC between black and red wires.

6. If there is 24VDC there, then control board is most likely dead, otherwise it might be faulty power switch (front panel) or PSU (power supply).
