How To Remove Bottom & Rear Panel Of The Motion Platform V3 – Ebrake Adjustment

Tools Needed:

• Drill
• 3.5mm-4mm Drill bit
• Riveter

Step 1: Drill rivets in the bottom cover (30 pieces with drill bit 3.5mm-4.0mm) Be careful with rivets marked in the picture below – the power supply is located underneath these.

Step 2: ­­­­Drill rivets in back cover of the unit.

Step 3: Perform E-Brake Adjustment from Video

Step 4: Test to see if squeaking has been resolved. If not, keep adjusting the E-Brake until issue is resolved.

 Step 5: Once Step 3 & 4 are done, Reattach panels with Riveter. Rivet sizes can be seen below (These will need to be purchased from a local store).

Step 6: You’re ready to start using your Motion Platform V3 again!
